1. Program and service description
Eosphoros is a physical-world orchestration application for facilities, homes, assets, documents, maintenance workflows, business billing, notifications, and Geo/map views. Users may use Eosphoros to manage facility context, rooms, hallways, outside/perimeter containers, asset profiles, work orders, purchase orders, permissions, subscriptions, and related operational records.
2. Accounts, access, and responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Users must only access organizations, facilities, records, assets, and documents they are authorized to access.
- Business owners and admins are responsible for assigning accurate users, roles, seats, and facility permissions.
- Eosphoros may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect security, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
3. Billing, trials, and subscriptions
Paid business-mode features may require a subscription. Business subscription plans, trial clocks, owner approvals, seat counts, storage add-ons, customer portal access, invoices, taxes, and payment collection may be processed through Eosphoros and third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Subscription access may be limited, paused, cancelled, or modified according to the active plan, payment status, owner authority, and applicable account settings.
4. Eosphoros SMS/text messaging terms
Program name: Eosphoros Notifications.
Program description: Eosphoros sends optional opt-in SMS/text notifications for account verification, account security, business billing and owner-review activity, work order updates, purchase order updates, facility and asset alerts, Geo/map notices, and related account or application events.
Opt-in: Users opt in while signed in to Eosphoros by opening Settings → Notifications, entering a phone number, requesting an SMS verification code, confirming that code in Eosphoros, and choosing which notification categories may be sent by SMS/text. SMS/text notifications are disabled unless the phone is verified. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by account activity, facility or asset activity, billing events, security events, and selected notification preferences.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless plan. Eosphoros does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS/text notifications.
Opt out: Users can opt out at any time in Settings → Notifications or by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to an Eosphoros text message. After opting out, users may need to re-enable SMS/text in Eosphoros settings and verify their phone again before receiving further messages.
Help: Users can reply HELP for help where supported by the messaging provider, visit https://eosphoros.io/help, or contact support@eosphoros.io.
Privacy: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Eosphoros Privacy Policy at https://eosphoros.io/privacy.

6. Maps, AI, and third-party providers
Eosphoros may connect to third-party services for hosting, authentication, email, SMS, payment, mapping, storage, analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and similar operational needs. Provider availability, quotas, terms, accuracy, and performance may affect certain Eosphoros features.
