1. Program name and description

Program name: Eosphoros Notifications.

Program description: Eosphoros sends optional opt-in SMS/text notifications for account verification, account security, business billing and owner-review activity, work order updates, purchase order updates, facility and asset alerts, Geo/map notices, and related account or application events.

2. Opt-in consent

Users opt in while signed in to Eosphoros by entering a phone number in Settings → Notifications, requesting an SMS verification code, confirming that code in the app, and selecting the notification categories they want to receive by SMS/text. SMS/text notifications are disabled unless the phone is verified.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase. Users may use Eosphoros without opting in to SMS/text notifications.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by account activity, facility or asset activity, billing events, security events, and selected notification preferences. Messages may include verification codes, security notices, business billing and owner-review updates, work order updates, purchase order updates, facility and asset alerts, Geo/map notifications, and account notices.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless plan. Eosphoros does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS/text notifications, but mobile carriers may charge according to the user's wireless plan.

5. Opt out and help

Users can opt out of SMS/text notifications at any time in Settings → Notifications or by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to an Eosphoros text message. After opting out, users may need to re-enable SMS/text in Eosphoros settings and verify their phone again before receiving further messages.

Users can reply HELP for help where supported by the messaging provider, visit https://eosphoros.io/help, or contact support@eosphoros.io.
