SMS/text notification help

Eosphoros Notifications is an optional SMS/text messaging program. Users opt in from Settings → Notifications by entering a phone number, requesting a verification code, confirming the code, and choosing notification categories.

For SMS help, reply HELP where supported by the messaging provider, visit this page, or email support@eosphoros.io. To stop SMS/text messages, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, or disable SMS in Settings → Notifications.

Message frequency varies by account activity and selected notification categories. Message and data rates may apply. SMS terms are available at https://eosphoros.io/sms-terms.

Account, billing, and workspace help

  • For account access issues, use the login recovery flow or contact support.
  • Business owners can manage seats, billing, owner approvals, and facility permissions from Profile and Settings.
  • Facility, asset, Work Order, Purchase Order, Geo/map, and notification preferences are controlled inside the app by authorized users.
  • For legal and compliance details, review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
