Overview
Eosphoros provides software for physical-world orchestration, including facilities, rooms, assets, work orders, purchase orders, billing, maps, notifications, and related automation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Eosphoros, we may collect and process:
- Account information, such as name, username, login email, profile details, and authentication metadata.
- Business and facility information, such as organization names, facility names, rooms, containers, and roles.
- Asset and document information, such as equipment records, photos, manuals, work orders, purchase orders, notes, and metadata you upload or create.
- Permission and collaboration information, such as invited users, facility-level access, owner/admin/operator/viewer roles, and approval decisions.
- Billing information, such as plan selections, seat counts, subscription state, payment customer identifiers, invoices, and transaction status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by Eosphoros.
- Notification contact information, such as your preferred notification email address, mobile phone number, SMS verification status, and notification-category preferences.
- Map and Geo information, such as saved places, recent searches, saved views, facility map context, and approximate location data you choose to save or use in the app.
- Technical information, such as device/browser details, IP address, logs, diagnostics, security events, and usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and support user accounts;
- provide facility, asset, document, map, billing, and collaboration features;
- send requested notifications, including in-app, email, and verified opt-in SMS/text notifications;
- process business subscriptions, trials, invoices, owner approvals, and billing status updates;
- maintain permission boundaries between users, businesses, facilities, rooms, outside/perimeter containers, and assets;
- improve reliability, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and protect the security of the service;
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and carrier/compliance obligations.
SMS/text messaging privacy
Eosphoros only sends SMS/text notifications to users who opt in, provide a mobile phone number, and verify that number with a confirmation code. SMS can be disabled from Settings → Notifications, and users may also opt out by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent. Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share limited SMS delivery information with service providers that help us send and operate text messages, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging providers, solely to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and comply with the messaging program.
When information may be shared
We may share information only as needed to operate Eosphoros and comply with obligations, including:
- with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, payment, messaging, email, map, support, analytics, and security providers acting on our behalf;
- with users and businesses according to the permissions, roles, facility access, ownership, and sharing settings configured in Eosphoros;
- to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests;
- in connection with a business transfer, merger, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
The anonymous shared model library is designed to avoid exposing serial numbers, ownership, facility names, room names, or permission context.

Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Eosphoros, maintain records, comply with legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Eosphoros is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
